1. Work order type
Work order types help categorise your work orders (e.g., Maintenance, Inspection). You can create as many types as needed, and you must create at least one.

2. Workflow
Workflows define the status flow of a work order (e.g., Open → In Progress → Done).
Each template must be linked to one workflow. You can create multiple workflows for different use cases, and you must create at least one.
3. Custom fields
Decide what information needs to be filled out in the work order. These fields will be used when creating templates.
