Use API keys to connect to external systems. This enables integrations like Service View dashboards and automatic work order creation.
Navigate to: Tools → Systems
Service View API key
The Service View appears as a separate tab in each asset. It displays an asset-specific dashboard powered by an external system.
To enable this feature:
- Enter your Service View API key provided by your integration partner.
- Click Save
Work Order API key
This key allows external systems to automatically create work orders based on sensor data or other conditions. For example, a connected sensor can trigger a work order when a threshold is exceeded.
To set it up:
- Enter the Work Order API key
- Set up Polling interval (min)
How frequently the system checks for incoming data. - Adjust the Alert repeat interval (min)
Sets the minimum time between identical alerts. It helps avoid spamming the system with repeated alerts from the same source. - Click Save to apply your changes.
- Click Enable alerts to start creating work orders automatically from incoming alerts.
